Upon motion by hir. Reynolds, seconded by t~lr. Blair and by a vote of 4-0 of the Board,
the following resolution was adopted:
1';HEREAS, the applicant ivas denied permission by an administrative Officer; and
WNERGAS, Board of Adjustment application Casc No. WA-76-19is an appeal to this Board
from the decision of nn Administrative Officer; and
;dllli!:IiAS, the property had been posted the required 15 days by laty and there were no
protests registered against it; and -
R'i]ERGAS, the relief applied for may ._..: be granted without detriment to the public
rveJfare and without substantially impairing the intent and purpose of the regulations
