The Swadley Ditch Company has requested some changes to the proposed ditchj*tgnmern. Tlicy
are requesting installation of a grate where it enters the property and the right for the ditch company
to enter and maintain the ditch.
Public Service Company can serve the property. They will need new easements for any relocated
lines.

IV. STAFF CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATION
. Staff concludes that the proposed plan amendment meets the requirements for a final development
J plan amendment and all minimums of the PID district have been met or exceeded. All outside
agencies can provide service to the property with upgrades at the owner's expense. A
recommendation ♦ approval is given with the following conditions:
