J ere are the invoices and a drawing from Pro Source on the kitchen layout for
the property at 5930 W. 41st Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Co. 80212
`Phis is a new townhouse that one of my maint. fellows purchased with his wife,
their names are Bill Mahoney and Nicole McKenzie.
1 would have pulled this permit for kitchen cabinets and 2 windows upstairs
and one sliding door, but our contractor l icense expired everywhere that
Wheat:r idge would accept.
Billy is doing the work, he knows how to do it. All the electrical and
plumbing are existing. he is just setting in the new cabinets and the
windows /door wi.11 be no sweat.
All we would like you todo is renew your License:?? Pull a permit.
If Wheat Ridge wants to inspect, if you want to inspect or talk to Hill, his
phone is 303 - 598 -2259 Bill will pay your costs for permit and the your time
and if you have to get a contractor license, he'll. pay. Just need copies of
all to submit. to HUD.
