Roof inspections for ROOFS OVER 6/12 PITCH: 3rd party inspection will be required, the 3rd party inspection report will be collected at final roof inspection performed by City of Wheat Ridge. This type of permit is ONLY being processed online --do not come to City Hall to submit an application in person.
