CERTIFIED LETTER NOTICE
April 12, 2013
Dear Property Owner:
This is to inform you of Case No. WA- 13 -04, a request for a 2 -foot variance from
the 6 -foot maximum height standard for a fence, resulting in an 8 -foot fence along
the southern property line of property zoned Mixed Use Neighborhood (MU -N)
and located at 6700 W. 44` Avenue.
The applicant for this case is requesting an administrative variance review which
allows no more than a fifty percent (50 %) variance to be granted by the Zoning
Administrator without need for a public hearing. Prior to the rendering of a
decision, all adiacent property owners are required to be notified of the request
by certified mail.

writing by 5:00 p.m. on April 22, 2013.
