It was stated to me by the building permit department that our current permit (#16681) was valid. That if we hired another contractor or any other changes we could call it in. We requested to remove MSV from the current building permit and add our name to the permit. This project was started in January 2004. As of May 14,2004 all we had was a concrete slab for the office and garage. Mr. Michael A Marquez has taken most of the money we gave him, which was intended for building materials and thus has admitted to using it to pay his bills.
