In order to pass a final inspection on commercial elastomeric or similar type roofing, a
letter of inspection and approval from the manufacturer technical representative stating
that "the application of the roof at (project address) has been applied in accordance with
the installation instruction for (roof material brand name) roof covering" is required to
be on site at the time of final inspection.
Effective December 1, 2014, asphalt shingle installations require an approved midroof
inspection, conducted when 25-75 percent of the roof covering is installed, prior to final
approval. Installation of roof sheathing (new or overlay) is required on the entire roof
when spaced or board sheathing with ANY gap exceeding one half inch exists. Sheathing and
Mid -roof inspections may be called in at the same time, 100 percent of the sheathing must
be complete and 25-75 percent of the midroof may be complete. Asphalt shingles are required
to be fastened to the roof deck with a minimum of 6 nails per shingle. A ladder extending 3
feet above the roof eave and secured in place is required to be provided for all roof
inspections. Roof ventilation is required to comply with applicable codes and/or
manufacturer installation instructions, whichever is more stringent.

Interest will be charged on all balances owed past seven (7) days of job completion at the
maximum rate permitted under applicable law.
Payment Terms on Insurance Claim Contracts: 20% deposit is due at contract signing. Upon
completion of each trade and, again, at full completion of the project, all Actual Cash Value
(ACV) funds applicable that the customer has received from insurance will be due to 5280
Exteriors. The remaining depreciation will be due to 5280 Exteriors after the insurance company
has issued those funds to the customer.
All work is guaranteed to be as specified and to be performed in accordance with the drawings
and specifications submitted in the orginal proposal, in a substantial and workmanlike manner.
Any changes that are made to this contract will be done with a Change Order and must be signed
off by customer.
Any alterations or deviation from the above spec cations that require additional cost of
material or labor will be executed upon written order for same, and will become an extra
'harge over the sum mentioned above for this contract. All agreements must be made in
writing. If permit is needed for completion of job, customer will be responsible for the cost of the
)ermit and reimbursing 5280 Exteriors. Customers in unincorporated Arapahoe County are
•equired to have an asbestos test done prior to any removal of siding, windows, soffits or fascia.

One of our inspection crews inspected Evangel Baptist Church at 4101 Lamar Street today. They reported that there has
been a recent owner change to Our Lady of the Snow Chapel and a portion of the building is now being used for
residential purposes. Crews reported some evidence of recent construction/reconfiguration and there is a large second
floor area that has been subdivided by bookcases into 6 to 8 sleeping cubbies.

In the old and figurative Law, God foreshadowed the glory that was to
belong, at a future period, to the fiftieth day. Israel had passed the waters of
the Red Sea, thanks to the protecting power of his paschal lamb! Seven
weeks were spent in the desert, which was to lead to the Promised Land;
�and the very morrow of those seven weeks was the day whereon was made
` the alliance between God and His people. The Pentecost (the fiftieth day)
was honored by the promulgation of the Ten Commandments of the divine
law; and every following year, the Israelites celebrated the great event by a
solemn festival. But their Pentecost was figurative, like their Pasch: there
was to be a second Pentecost for all people, as there was to be a second Pasch, for the Redemption of the whole
world. The Pasch, with all its triumphant joys, belongs to the Son of God, the Conqueror of death: Pentecost
belongs to the Holy Ghost, for it is the day whereon He began His mission into this world, which,
henceforward, was to be under His Law.
But how different are the two Pentecosts! The one, on the rugged rocks of Arabia, amidst thunder and lightning,
promulgates a Law that is written on tablets of stone; the second is in Jerusalem, on which God's anger has not
as yet been manifested, because it still contains within its walls the first fruits of that new people, over whom
the Spirit of love is to reign. In this second Pentecost, the heavens are not overcast, nor is the roar of thunder
heard, the hearts of men are not stricken with fear, as when God spake on Sinai; repentance and gratitude are
the sentiments now uppermost. A divine fire burns within their souls, and will spread throughout the whole
world. Our Lord Jesus had said: "I am come to cast fire on the earth; and what will I, but that it be kindled?"
The hour for the fulfillment of this word has come: the Spirit of love, the Holy Ghost, the eternal uncreated
Flame, is about to descend from heaven, and realize the merciful design of our Redeemer.
Suddenly is heard, conning from heaven, the sound of a violent wind; it startles the people in the city, it fills the
cenacle with its mighty breath. A crowd is soon round the house that stands on Mount Sion; the hundred and
twenty disciples that are within the building feel that mysterious emotion within them, of which their Master
once said: "The Spirit breatheth where He will, and thou hearest His voice." Like that strange invisible creature,
which probes the very depth of the sea and makes the waves heave mountains high, this Breath from heaven
will traverse the world from end to end, breaking down every barrier that would stay Its course.
The holy assembly have been days in fervent expectation; the divine Spirit gives them thi
warning of His corning, and they in the passiveness of ecstatic longing, await His will. A
silent shower falls in the house; it is a shower of fire, which, as holy Church says `burns
not but enlightens, consumes not but shines.' Flakes of fire, in the shape of tongues,
rest on the heads of the hundred and twenty disciples; it is the Holy Ghost taking
possession of all and each. The Church is now not only in Mary, but also in these
hundred and twenty disciples. All belong now to the Spirit that has descended upon
them; His kingdom is begun, it is manifested, its conquests will be speedy and
glorious.

Notice and order
Notice is hereby served that the City of Wheat Ridge Building and Inspection Services Division has determined
that the property legally described as 029383, Block, Lot, Key 165, Section 24, Township 3, Range 69, Quarter
Section SW, and commonly known as:
4101 Lamar Street
Wheat Ridge, CO 80033
An inspection was performed on May 22, 2013 at the request of the Wheat Ridge Fire Department and it was
found to be not in compliance with the original proposed use, and is in violation of the 2006 International
Building Code and the City of Wheat Ridge Code of Ordinances as follows.
City of Wheat Ridge Code of Ordinances Section 25. The property at 4101 Lamar Street is zoned
Residential -Two (R-2). This zone district is established to provide high quality, safe, quiet and
stable low to moderate -density residential neighbor hoods and to prohibit activities of any nature
which are incompatible with the low or medium -density residential character. Section 26-204. Zone
district use schedule does not allow R-4 occupancies such as transient lodging facilities.
2006 IBC Section 110.1 Use and Occupancy. No building or structure shall be used or occupied,
and no change in the existing occupancy classification of a building or structure or portion thereof
shall be made until the building official has issued a certificate of occupancy therefor as provided
herein. Issuance of a certificate of occupancy shall not be construed as an approval of a violation of
the provisions of this code or of other ordinances of the jurisdiction. It was found that there are
rooms being used for sleeping purposes, providing a place to stay an undetermined amount of
time but transient in nature. This occupancy is an R-4 and the current occupancy is an A-3.
2006 IBC Section 113.1 Unlawful acts. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to
erect, construct, alter, extend, repair, move, remove, demolish or occupy any building, structure or
equipment regulated by this code, or cause same to be done, in conflict with or in violation of any of
the provisions of this code. Use of the rooms currently being used for sleeping purposes shall
cease upon receipt of this notice and order and all furnishings shall be dismantled and stored.

2006 IBC Section 113.4 Violation penalties. Any person who violates a provision of this code or
fails to comply with any of the requirements thereof or who erects, constructs, alters or repairs a
building or structure in violation of the approved construction documents or directive of the building
official, or of a permit or certificate issued under the provisions of this code, shall be subject to
penalties as prescribed by law.
