July 12, 2017 Weatherproof Exteriors 695 Billings St. Unit F Aurora, CO 80011 Re: Mid -roof Inspection 2959 Ames Street Wheat Ridge, CO 80214 Permit #: 201703507 Pao,?u -�! oo7 On July 12, 2017 EVstudio was requested by Weatherproof Exteriors to perform a mid -roof inspection at the above mentioned address. At the time of the mid -roof inspection, between 25 and 75 percent of the asphalt shingles were installed. Ice and water shield was installed at the eaves and in valleys. Installation of metal drip edge along all eaves and rakes was verified. #15 saturated felt roof underlayment was installed. Roof vents were installed and roof jacks around pipe protrusions were verified. One layer of asphalt shingles with six nails per shingle was installed. No exposed nails were discovered in the field. It is our professional opinion that all roof decking and roofing material at the time of the mid -roof inspection was sufficiently installed to meet the City of Wheat Ridge's roofing requirements.
