Asphalt shingles are required to be fastened to the roof deck with a minimum of 6 nails per shingle. Ice and water shield is required. Eave and rake metal is required. LADDER MUST BE SET FOR ALL ROOF INSPECTIONS: A ladder extending 3 feet above the roof eave and secured in place is required to be provided for all roof inspections. We installed four SS5 (I 1/2"RCS) 8" ,ingle helix piers to support the foundation under a portion of the south wall ofthe house as specified by The Engineering Group. The piers were installed according to the manufacturer's recommendations by certified installers to depths ranging from 21' to 22' with 3,000 ft.lbs. of torque. UnderpiMing brackets were installed on top of the piers to transfer the loads from the foundation into the helical piers.
