Chief Building Official March 1, 1999 Ric Ondrusek 3815 Garrison Street Wheat Ridge, Colorado 80033 Re: Expiration of a temporary use permit Dear Mr. Ondrusek, It has come to our attention that the temporary use permit (TUP) you had received has expired as of February 27,1999, The TUP request was to allow for the use of a temporary storage trailer during the construction of your residence, The permit was approved on August 27th, 1998 for a 6 month period or upon issuance of a certificate of occupancy, whichever comes first. Unfortunately, the 6 month deadline came first. This letter is anything more than a notification that your TUP is expired and that you have two options: either remove the storage shed from the premises within 10 working days, or re-apply for another TUP. You would be permitted to receive a 30 day administrative TUP that would allow for you to complete the project and remove the storage trailer in time.
