The property in question is zoned Residential-One A. On November 21, the required sideyard setbacks in the R-lA zone district were modified from 5' to 10'. Because the permit was submitted prior to effective date, the old setback requirements will be applied. 2. The architect must submit a breakdown of lot coverage for the existing situation and the proposed changes. This should include both square footage and percentage of the total site for building coverage, landscaped coverage and hard surfaced coverage.
