Some of the footing layout and stepping of the footing had been modified from the original plans. The dowels for the footings were to be installed at the time of placing concrete. The forms for the interior pad footings were in place with reinforcing. The footing forms and reinforcing appeared to be in general conformance with the construction documents and our re recommendations. RECOMMENDATIONS: 1. The configuration of the footings shall be verified with the architect and the owner to ensure that adequate frost cover can be obtained with the backfill and landscaping as planned. 2.
