This is to inform you that Case No. WA<95-11 is a request
for approval of a 3 ,foot variance to the required 30 foot front yard setback
in a Residential-Two zone district
for property located at 7275 W. 48th Avenue
The applicant is requesting an administrative variance review
which allows no more than a ten percent (10~) variance to be
granted by the Zoning Administrator without need for a public
hearing. Prior to the rendering of a decision, all adjacent
property owners are required to be notified of the request by
certified letter.
