SUBJECT: MS-06-04/Craig Subdivision 2nd Filing "Wheat Ridge Cyclery" DATE: 8 October 2006 I have received a resubmittal for case number MS-06-04, the 2nd Filing of the Craig Subdivision. If you recall, the applicants previously submitted an application in March 2006 to consolidate two lots located at 7085 W. 38th Avenue. The consolidation plat was reviewed twice, and was ready for mylar, with some minor corrections. Prior to making these minor changes, the applicant discovered a utility easement which would conflict with the expansion of the existing Wheat Ridge Cyclery building. The applicant decided to contact the respective utility companies to vacate this utility easement. The intent was to show the changes on the second filing of the plat prior to recordation. I have included two copies of the revised plat and one copy of each of the easement documents which have been recorded with the Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder's office.
