2. The submitted mechanical plan must be stamped and signed by an engineer. Refer to sheets AC5,
AC5.1, and AC 5.2 (106.3.1 of the 2006 IMC).
3. The mechanical engineer who stamped and signed the mechanical plan page must be the same engineer
who stamps and signs the mechanical compliance certificate. Refer to sheet ACO, (106.3.1 of the 2006
