It has come to my attention that you need us to jusUfy certain things that we aze
requesting in the art studio, keep in mind our intentions aze for an art studio only. We
totally understand why you would think that someone could live in there but we just want
the mom to live in our own house with out all the mess involved in these projects. The
following is the information you asked from us. The bathtub is used primazily for tie-die
tee shirts; sometime we would clean up in this tub. We do not want to ruin our tub we
bath in; inside our house it is new. The washer and dryer aze for vazious things to include
pre shrinking shirts before tie-die and to pre shrink patches before packaging them and
sometimes we would clean rags and clothing that we no longer want to put in our new
washer and dryer. The 50-amp circuit is for a pottery kiln we do not have now but would
maybe get in the future. The dishwasher was only going to be a small one to clean coffee
cups water glasses and such. We have excluded this item from the plans because we can
wash these things by hand. We just wanted to keep the weaz and teaz off our house with
traffic in and out for all these things

Subject: Letter of Intent
Mr. Morgan,
Kaxhleen and I would like to let you know our intentions for the work we are
doing on our gazage on the rear of our property. We would like to put in an art
studio where our garage now exists to include plumbing for gas, water and sewer.
The gas will be used for a furnace we will use to heat the azea. The water and
sewer will be utilized in the future when we get the money to continue our
project. We have enclosed a drawing of the proposed studio. We were informed
by your office that we aze zoned R-2, but aze not at this time thinking about this as
a residence, if this ever comes up in the future we will let you know. Thank you
for your help and advice on this project, as always this is becoming quite a
learning experience for both of us.
