Effective December 1, 2014, asphalt shingle installations require an approved midroof inspection, conducted when 25-75 percent of the roof covering is installed, prior to final approval. Installation of roof sheathing (new or overlay) is required on the entire roof when spaced or board sheathing with ANY gap exceeding one half inch exists. Sheathing and Mid -roof inspections may be called in at the same time, 100 percent of the sheathing must be complete and 25-75 percent of the midroof may be complete. Asphalt shingles are required to be fastened to the roof deck with a minimum of 6 nails per shingle. A ladder extending 3 feet above the roof eave and secured in place is required to be provided for all roof inspections. Roof ventilation is required to comply with applicable codes and/or manufacturer installation instructions, whichever is more stringent. Box 507 Wheat Ridge, CO 80034 Deaz Mr. Roberts; After talking wiUi you today, I would like to clarify the following information regarding Trinity Baptist Church, and the use of the building as a Head Start site. V✓hen we implement your suggestions, we will agree that Head StaR can utilize the classroom tliat is numbered 102. The following conditions will apply to the usage of the classroom: this will be the only area that Head Start childrzn are housed in. The lock on Yhe playground gate will be removed, to enable that exit to be accessed. The children would also be able to exit out the main doors of the church if needed. In addition to reworking the exits, an entire addressable alarm system will be placed in the building, including areas that the children do not use. It is my understanding that the gym could be utilized for a short activity time, and the children may also use a section of the gym to eat lunch in. These are the only times the children would be in any part of the building other than their classroom. At this time, we would like to hear your feedback concerning the building modifications, and the current plan we have in place to meeY the fire and building codes.
