To whom it may concern,
This letter is to inform you that the Public Works Department
has reviewed the building permit.application for the above
referenced address, and has the following requirements:
1. In conformance with the stipulations of Section 5-45,
Paragraph b of the Wheat Ridge City Code, curb, gutter and
sidewalk, matching the existing sections to the north and
south of this lot, will need to be constructed along the
entire frontage (751) distance of Lot 30.
2. A 2-foot wide by 75-foot long section of the existing asphalt
paving in Parfet Street will need to be removed and replaced
to City specifications for proper installation of the curb,
gutter and walk.
Please be aware that prior to any construction of these
improvements the necessary licensing and permit(s) will need to
taken out and submitted to the Public Works Department for review
and approval. Also, a Temporary and/or Certificate of Occupancy
will not be approved by the Public Works Department until such
time as these improvements have been constructed to the
satisfaction of the City of Wheat Ridge.

3. A precedent has been set for granting this type of variance
