(2) This permit shall expire if (A) the work authorized is not commencetl within siuly (60) days from issue date or (B) ihe building authorizetl is suspentled or
abantloned for a period of 120 days.
(3) If this permit expires, a new permR may he acquiretl for a fee of one-half the amount normally required, provided no changes have been or will be made in e
original plans and specifcations and any suspension or abantlonment has not exceedetl one (1) year. If changes are made or rf suspension or abandonment
exceetls one (7) year, full fees shall be paid for a new permit.
(4) No work of any manner shall he done thatwill change the naturel tlow of water causing a dreinage problem.
(5) ConVactor shall notify the Building Inspeclor lwenty-four (24) hours in atlvance tor all inspections and shall receive written approval on inspection cartl before
proceetliing with successive phases of the o6.
(6) The issuance of a permit or the approval o~drawings and specifcations shall not be wnstrued to be a permit for, nor an approval of, any violation of the provisions
of ihe building codes or any other ordinance, law, rule or regulahon.
