Sanitation of Food Service Establishments in the State of

Written correction of above violations, if needed, must be
submitted to this office. Please review the Rules and
Regulations Governing the Sanitation of Food Service
Establishments in the State of Colorado for all other

kept no more than 30 days after approval.
