In accordance with the Building Division's document retention policy, the associated plans and/or other documents are scheduled for disposal. We are writing to offer you an opportunity to retrieve those approved plans and/or documents prior to their disposal by the Building Division. The plans and/or documents are available for retrieval for a period of 20 working days (4 weeks) from the date of this letter and must be retrieved in person at the Building Division offices.
