Dear Mr. Odean: At the time of our visit on May 21, 1997, the underdrain had been installed. The gravel top was exposed and was covered with lapped roofing paper. The top of the gravel was 81 to 115 inches below the top of the low and high foundation wall, respectively. A sump was located in the east comer of the lower level and was about 42 inches deep. The invert of a drain line entered the sump about 123 inches below the top of the foundation wall. The drain appeared to be installed substantially in accordance with our recommendations.
