The Flood Hazard Area Delineation for Clear Creek document was used in my review. Elevations between the: property in question and I DO-year level were compared and this indicted that the flooding in this area is approximately below six (6) inches and is probable in backwater area. Therefore, the impact ofthe proposed 6-fl Wooden Fence is minimal. The flooding in this area either has no or low flow velocity and will slowly risl~, and slowly subsides rather than being drained quickly by flowing downstream. Due to the encroachment into the flood plain, the applicant must complete an application for Class I Special Exception to the Flood Plain.
