NOW, THEREFORE, based upon the facts presented and conclusions reached, it was moved by Commissioner OWENS, seconded by Commissioner ECKHARDT, that Case No. WV-93-5 be forwarded to City Council with a recommendation for APPROVAL £Or the reasons stated as follows: 1. There are no utilities in the right-of-way; 2. No improvements exist in the right-of-way; 3. The approval of Littlejohn Subdivision dedicates right-of-way that will eliminate the need for the existing right-of-way; and 4. Staff recommends approval.
