Subject: Pass Slips - Permit #100928
The system Robert signed off on is one big system, tied into 5 of the business' meters. Xcel
wants to see the pass slip reflect the individual addresses they have in their system for each
meter. The addresses are technically defunct; however, Xcel still has the meters broken up that
way in their system. So, they would like to see a pass slip for each of the following addresses:
1) 7065 W. 38th Ave
2) 7095 W. 38th Ave
3) 7051 W. 38th Ave
4) 3830 High Ct.
5) 7075 W. 38th Ave.
Would it be possible to swing by and get actual copies of each one for my records? Thank you
