5. The permit holder shall notify the Building and Inspection Services Division in accordance with established policy of all required
inspections and shall not proceed or conceal work without written approval of such work from the Building and Inspection Services
Division.

Scone of Work
01. Remove drop ceiling.
02. Remove strip lighting and reinstall.
03. Install 2 new 36" doors in restrooms.
04. Install 13611 door in humidor room.
05. Install 2 windows in office and humidor rooms.
06. Frame wall at furnace location.
07. Install new layer of 518" gypsum board rated type X all except
humidor room.
08. Install new 5/8" green gypsum board on the ceiling and V2" green
gypsum board on the walls.
09. Tape and mud all new gypsum board to level 3 finish.
10. Texture and paint walls and ceiling complete.
11. New carpet and ceramic tile throughout.
