PROJECT OVERVIEW
On September 9, 2013, Mr. Steve Shurtliff with DS Consulting, Inc. (DSC) performed an on-site inspection
for visible mold growth and collected non-viable, indoor air quality samples within portions of the
residence located at 4223 Moore St, Wheat Ridge, Colorado.

The airborne mold spore levels within the two sampled areas was either comparable-to or less-than
naturally occurring, outside airborne mold levels and no visible mold was observed on any surface or
area. However, due to the water damage to the ceiling in the living room, it is recommended by DSC that
further ins take place into theseffin UP-
dormant mold growth.
If mold growth is found in the ceiling cavity of the living room, the area should be placed under
containment with air filtration and the mold impacted areas be remediated. Following remediation, it is
also recommended that DSC conduct a final
ensure a successful remediation of any mold found.
