The following items need to be added to the construction plans.
1 Need to provide UL listing for type of drywall application on all walls and ceilings that are
applicable for the 2 hour separation required between a B occupancy and an R-3 occupancy.
2. Page A-3 and A-4 are different than page S-1 in the area of providing "Elev. /Lift opening"
3. The 4 bedrooms on the second floor shall be required to have egress windows to the outside.
4. Need to provide 2 hour door detail sheet for doors passing through 2 hour walls.
,/5. Need to provide window detail for the 2 bedrooms that are on the west wall of the structure.
6. Need to provide "COMCHECK" detailing what type of insulation to be used in walls and
ceiling and the respective values.
7. All structural steel welding shall be inspected and approved by engineer of record along with all
bolt torques followed up with a wet stamp letter stating all specifications satisfy the engineer
letter will be required upon final building inspections.
,/'8. Provide an ILC along with proposed landscaping plan.
9. Provide a detail showing slip track for walls going floor to roof deck.
,/10. Provide a detail for shaft walls 2nd floor north of bedroom 203.
