This letter will give you an update of the referenced case. I went to court yesterday, October 31, and in order to save time and not have this case going in circles, I went ahead and pleaded guilty and paid a$140.00 fine. Attached with this letter, for your information and review, I enclosed the following information. The information is as follows: 1. Copy of the Wheat Ridge Court with the referenced Dock number with a description of possible future hearing which I will not have to go if the property is in compliance. With the same piece of paper, I also enclosed a copy of the fine I paid in the amount of $140.00. 2. I have obtained a copy of the police report per my attorney's advisement. This police report also includes some of the necessary descriptions of the problem in question. 3. I have enclosed 7 pages of color photographs in 8'/a" x 11", they aze the original photographs, which I do not have any copies for my files. I am sending you the originals, please keep these originals in your file in case we need them in future communications. 4.
