I have talked to you on the telephone some time in September or eazly part of October, and I also left
a message on your office machine sometime in October regazding the referenced case, but I did not
get a return phone call.
This letter will give you an update of the referenced case. I went to court yesterday, October 31, and
in order to save time and not have this case going in circles, I went ahead and pleaded guilty and paid
a$140.00 fine. Attached with this letter, for your information and review, I enclosed the following
information. The information is as follows:
1. Copy of the Wheat Ridge Court with the referenced Dock number with a description of
possible future hearing which I will not have to go if the property is in compliance. With the
same piece of paper, I also enclosed a copy of the fine I paid in the amount of $140.00.
2. I have obtained a copy of the police report per my attorney's advisement. This police report
also includes some of the necessary descriptions of the problem in question.
3. I have enclosed 7 pages of color photographs in 8'/a" x 11", they aze the original photographs,
which I do not have any copies for my files. I am sending you the originals, please keep these
originals in your file in case we need them in future communications.
4. I have enclosed a copy of my building permit for dumped dirt at the subject property.

6. Any fill requested under this permit within the 100 year flood zone MUST COMPLY WITH THE CITY
OF WHEAT RIDGE CODE OF LAWS, SECTION 26-201, FLOOD PLAIN ZONING ORDINANCE:
I HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS APPLICATION IS CORRECT AND I UNDERSTAND THAT
I CANNOT START THIS PROJECT UNTIL THIS APPLICATION IS APPROVED. I SHALL COMPLY
WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF COLORADO AND WITH THE ZONING REGULATIONS AND
BUILDING CODE OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE. ANY VIOLATION OF THE ABOVE TERMS
