In the middle of the remodel, the Denver Health Department "red tagged" us due
to the presence of asbestos on the inside of the building. We lost time while they
did their testing and investigation, we were then down for the abatement of the
asbestos, and then had to go through a hearing.

The master bath and 2nd floor bathroom will use the existing
vent pipe.
The two laundry rooms will use air admittance valves for
venting.
The basement bathroom, new I" floor bathroom, powder
room and kitchen will use air admittance valves for vents.
