All work is to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. The Customer hereby acknowledges that ENERGY STAR EXTERIORS may be subject to delays due to inclement weather or material shortages, which are each beyond the control of ENERGY STAR EXTERIORS and therefore accepts any delays that may occur by one or all of these circumstances upon completion of said work.
