As you are aware, I initially prepared a structural assessment of the proposed construction. The photos show members size used, fastener connection, and spacing. Based upon the site-specific information provided by Josh Tolve, I certify that the structural installation for this structural alteration were in conformance with the letter and opinion report dated May 1, 2022. This scope of work was performed at the location of the address referenced above. This inspection, which was performed on 4/6/22, was Completed at the request of Josh Tolve, the contractor working on behalf of the owner. Mr. Tolve requested a report describing the framing require to Complete their scope of construction work and provide to the authority having jurisdiction. Although reasonable effort is made, Commensurate with the time of review to discover and correctly interpret evidence of previous or ongoing structural defects or issues that may be present, a limited visual assessment of the structural condition of the property provides only limited information. Therefore, no guarantee is either expressed or implied, nor is responsibility assumed by the engineer or LEI for the actual Condition of the structure or property reviewed. The limited structural observation, as requested, is regarding specific areas of the structure. This report is your engineer's opinion related only to the items at the above referenced address, for the purpose(s) specifically identified within the report. Again, this document was prepared as a written report of visual findings of limited structural issues observed at the time and dale of the inspection and is offered as opinion only.
