The foundation grade beam walis were noted to be constructed with 8°x16" CMU (concxete masorxy units). 2. The soulheast bedroom doset south doorjamb was observed to have bowed to tlie north. 3. Drywail budding and cracks were noted at the top south comer of the east wali of the soulheast bedroom doset 4. The heat verrt at the west side oF the southeast bedroom Goset near the south wall was noted to have a slight dent. Exterior Area 1. The drein is to consist of 3" diameter solid PVC pipe surrounded with 6" of'/4 gravel. The drain system is to have a minimum slope of'h" per foot and outlet off the site. If the above repairs are acceptably completed according to the above instructions and the attached details, it is our professional opinion that the lateral strength of the subject wall wili be restored.
