Evidently, my neighbor at 2670 Pierce Street, believes he has a valid claim due to a quickclaim back in 2004 to what amounts to about 4.5 feet past my property line. In the past, Mr. Scott Ernest has petitioned for permission to build a 12 foot retaining wall along the whole length of the property. If he were to be given the approval to do this, the wall would interfere with my stone patio fireplace, my very large shed, and my pool, not to mention the evasion of my property rights as a homeowner. I ask that this matter please be looked into as I will need to seek legal assistance if it is not resolved as said neighbor has recently found it permissible to trespass on my property, marking off what he considers to be his rightful property line along with cutting the power to my outbuildings which cost me to turn on in the first place.
