(1) This permit was issued in acwrdance with the provisions set (otlh in yopur application and is subject to the laws of the State o! Colorado and to ihe Zoning
Re9ulalions antl Building Cotle of Wheat Ritlge, Coloratlo or any other applicable ordinances of ihe Ciry.
(2) This permit shall expire it (A) the work authonzetl is not commenced within sixN (60) days from issue date or (B) the builtling authonzeC is suspentled or
abanEOned !or a periotl of 120 days.
(3) If this permR expires, a new permit may be acquiretl for a(ee of one-half [he amount normally requireQ provitled no changes have been or will be matle in the
original plans and speci(cations antl any suspension or abantlonment has not exceeded one (1) year. If changes are made or if suspension or abantlonment
exceetls one (1) year, full tees shall be paid Por a new permit.
(4) No work of any manner shall be done that will change the natural Flow of water causing a drainage problem.
(5) Coniractor shall notiy the Building Inspector hvenry-four (24) hours in advance for all inspections antl shall receive written appmval on inspection card before
proceetliing with successive phases of the job.
(6) The issuance of a permi[ or the approval of drawings antl speci(cations shall not De construetl to be a permit for, nor an approval o(. any viola[ion of the pmvisions
of the building codes or any other ortlinance, law, mle or regulalion.
