Endeavor Exteriors shall refund any deposit if this contract is cancelled within 72 hours (3 days). I If this contract is cancelled by the client, after three (3) or more days of execution, the client agrees to pay Endeavor Exteriors twenty percent (20%) of the contract price, set by the insurance company, 0111y if materials have been delivered or work has been performed, as liquidated damages. This payment is not a Penalty, but is fair and just compensation for services rendered to that point. 1 h. While we make every effort to ensure there are limited consequences of construction, Endeavor Exteriors will not be held responsible for slight scratching or denting of gutters, droplets of oil in the driveway, cracks in concrete, or damage to plants and trees. Furthermore, Endeavor Exteriors will not be held responsible for exterior damages such as deteriorated trim pieces, crown molding, stucco, solar panels, evaporative coolers, existing skylights, or interior damage such as falling dust and debris, cracked plaster, sheet rock or nail pops, as a result of normal re -roofing. its.
