RE: Screening of Trash Dumpster at 3760 Owens Street
In response to your notice dated April 7, 1994 and my subsequent
conversations and visit with Mr. Robert Gasper, enclosed is a
plan for erecting a Cedar fencing around the dumpster. I have
talked to BFI representative as well. Because it is a dead end
street, they recommended that the opening should face North side
as this will avoid making a U turn, and result in:
1. Less wear and tear of the road
2. Safer environment for the children in the area
3. Easier getting in and out of the area
I have seen other dumpster screens in the area designed in the
similar manner. Our building location is far more than 100 feet
from the main street i.e. 38th Avenue.
I believe this plan satisfies the requirements of the city code
and will meet your approval.

Department that the corridor doors located at 3760 Owens Street
do not comply with Building Code requirements. These doors must
be replaced with doors having a 20 minute £ire rating.
You are hereby notified that plans for compliance shall be
submitted and approved within 18 months and work completed within
36 months of this date.
