Futura Engineering, Inc. 12741 East Caley Avenue, Suite 126 Englewood, Colorado 80111 ~'l v Re: Batug Subdivision (Quail Cove) - Approval of Construction Plan Dear Mr. Wyatt, This letter is to inform you that the construction plan for the above referenced project has been reviewed and approved for construction. The drainage study/erosion control plan has been previously approved as a result of the Class II Special Exception permit for this site. Please be aware of the following items regarding the construction of the project: 1. The proposed drainage facilities shall be constructed and approved by the City of Wheat Ridge prior to issuance of the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy. 2. Erosion control for the project shall be placed in conformance with the approved drainaqe/erosion control plan and shall be maintained as needed during the course of construction. 3. All drainaqe improvements shall be constructed in conformance with the approved drainage report and plan. 4. It will be the responsibility of the contractor for the project to repair any damage to the existing public improvements on Quail Street and/or West 38th Avenue as a result of related construction traffic in the area. Also, the contractor will be responsible for maintaining Quail Street and West 38th Avenue on a regular basis such that it is free of construction debris and tracking from construction traffic accessing the site. 5. Upon completion of the drainage improvements, the engineer shall provide to the City of Wheat Ridge a letter of certification stating that the various improvements, as defined in the drainaqe report and plan, have been accurately surveyed to confirm that their construction is in accordance with these documents. Page 2 written and stamped by the engineer who prepared the drainage report, and shall be submitted for review and approval by the City prior to issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy. 6. All contractor licensing and permit requirements to work in the public right-of-way shall be completed by the contractor for approval by the City of Wheat Ridge at least 24 hours prior to commencing work.
