Five units were assigned to this incident. Siateen personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1543 hours and cleazed at 1630 hours. The incident occurred at 3776 N Quail St, WHEAT RIDGE. The general description of this property is residential. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was ventilation. No mutuaVautomatic aid was given or received. The involved sWcture is described as an enclosed building. The building was occupied and operating. "Cooking area, kitchen" best describes the primary use of the room or space where the fve originated. The fire occurred on the fust floor. The fire was confined ro the room of origin. The cause of ignition was unintentional. The material first ignited was "cooking oil, transformer or lubricating oil". The Use, or purpose of the material that was fvst ignited was "cooking materials". The material contributing most to flame spread was "sawm wood". The use, or purpose of the contributmg material was "interior wall covering". The building was equipped with smoke detectors. The detection system was battery operated.
