scope of work. All material is guaranteed to be as specified, and the work to be performed and completed in a substantially
workman like manner, Any alteration or deviation from the specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon
written orders and will become an extra charge over and above the original estimate,
All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents, or delays beyond our control. Owner to carry fire, tornado, and other
necessary insurance on the work being done, Workman's Compensation and Public Liability Insurance will be carried by Repairs
Unlimited, Inc.
Repairs Unlimited, Inc accepts Cash, Check, MasterCard, and Visa as forms of payment. Credit card payments over $500.00
will be subject to a 3.5% transaction fee., All account balances over 30 days old will be subject to one and one half percent
interest per month,
Purchaser agrees to reimburse Repairs Unlimited, Inc for all expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees incurred by Repairs
Unlimited, Inc in the event the purchaser fails to pay or otherwise defaults in the terms and conditions herein set forth,
Purchaser agrees to pay the applicable deductible upon acceptance, with payments based on dollar value of this contract to be
made as follows:
Contract amount under $10,000: Balance due at completion of job.

35% dtFL after rough inspections or when drywall begins, (app. 50%-60% completion),
30% due after paint, (app, 90% completion),

is made current.
This proposal may be withdrawn if not accepted within thirty days.

Thave completed my initial review of the above-mentioned shed pernut application, and I have the
following comments:
1. Please detail the overall height of the proposed shed. Required side and reaz setbacks aze
related to the height of the shed. You should be aware that the maximum allowed height
is ten feet, and that the height is measured to the midpoint between the peak of the roof
and the eave. I have included a worksheet for your reference, which you may complete
and resubmit.
2. The submitted site plan shows the southern (side) setback at a distance of three feet. The
R-2 zone district specifies that minimum side yazd setback for a shed is five feet for a
shed equal to or less than eight feet in height, or ten feet for a shed in excess of eight feet
in height. Based on the above comment, the minimum side yazd setback (depending on
shed height) is either five or ten feet. Please revise the site plan to reflect the minimum
required setback. Additionally, if the shed is in excess of eight feet in height, the reaz
. yazd (westem) setback must be increased to ten feet.
