I could not find a drainage plan for Oak Ridge Subdivision to verify drainage flow. I pulled the drainage plan for Applewood Village Subdivision and according to contours noted on the plans Mr. Ficco's property is suppose to take the water in the azea questioned so there appears to be no problem regarding drainage from another property. I was at Mr. Salono's residence approximately a year ago and nothing has changed on his property since that time. It is my opinion that the water is ponding as it was designed and if it is not draining to the ponds on site Mr. Ficco needs to clean out the drainage path. Thanks P.S.
