After completing a plan review for this proposed occupancy, I
am submitting the following concerns/requests:
1. Complete plans in accordance with NFPA-13 must be submitted
regarding sprinkler system revision/installation prior to
construction for approval. System must be monitored by outside
agency on 24 hour basis.
2. Company must provide total capacity of intended
flammable/combustible liquids to be carried in the store as
soon as possible for possible additional fire code
requirements.
3. Occupancy will have to have 10 pound ABC fire extinguishers,
number of extinguishers to be determined during construction,
prior to occupancy.
4. There may be additional requirements not spoken to at this
time that will be addressed as the need arises.
The contractor can contact this office with any questions or
concerns regarding the proposed occupancy at 424-7323.

The neon building letters are a dramatic,
attractive, and effective alternative to the
standard recommended signage where
surrounding competiti\wsignage or local codes
dictate their use.
Building letters are mounted individually on a
wall. Five sizes are available: 36", 32" & 24", 24"
24" & 18", 18" letters. The "Cover The Earth"
logo is available in three sizes: 54", 38", 24"
high. Faces are made of pigmented acrylic with
