After a review of the plans for the proposed Perrin's Row Subdivision; 5670 W 38 Ave, ~

Wheat Ridge, Co:, 80033, Fire Department pernrits will be required,_ and I am submiYting the !
following comments and requirements for tlris particulaz project:
L Provide complete fire sprinkler plans for project. Plans mustbe approved prior to i
installation and will require a fire department pernrit. ~

2. Provide eomplete plans for fice alarm system for project. Fire alarm system must be
addressable. Plans must be approved prior to installation and will require a fire departTent
pemiit. i
3. Locate fire eaRinguishers upon completion of walls prior to final inspection. Extinguis4er ~
locations not to exceed 75 (seventy-five) feet travel distance.
4. Provide complete information for elevator including fire recall. ,
