building.
2. Please be awaze that although the repair and replacernent will he to previous condiYions, the
Wheat ltidge Code of T.,aws does not allow repair or replacement of damaged sigas which
are nonconforming under current regulations. Sased on the description pmvided, the sign
appears to be a roof mounted sign. Such signs are not allowed under current regulations.
Please provide the ahove information in arder to have the permit reviewed. If you have questions
