1- The new walls are 2x4 construction at 16 inches on center.
they will be shot into the concrete floor and attached at the
suspended ceiling with screws. They are non-bearing.
2- The new door leads to the main offices of the CPTA. The
"office" will be used as a reception area.
3- The outlets (shown on floor plan) will be off2 new dedicated
Circuits.
4- The unit was originally rented out by the CPTA to another
business until earlier this year. It will now be part of the CPTA
offices. It will be used as noted with the following exceptions:
the office with the new door to the main offices will be a reception
type room. The largernew office room will have some computers set
up for parents of school children to come and learn about internet
safety far their children.
