The removal of over 32 sf of drywall will require an asbestos test from an licensed testing lab. 2. Please submit an existing floor plan of the basement. 3. Please submit a full floor plan of the proposed basement and label rooms. It is unclear with the plan that was submitted if the basement consists of additional areas. 4. Question: Why are some keynotes darkened, while others are "grayed out"? 5. Clarify scope of work. Are you creating a bedroom? Keynote H-1 states that new supplies are being added. The bathroom is unfinished so no demo is required 2. Attached is the existing as built plan 3. Rooms are labeled for whole basement 4. Are program changes colors to yellow and print gray. To reason or intention for this being done, we like the program because it gives a better feel and clarity compared to graph paper but not perfect 5.
