NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing is to be held before the City of Wheat Ridge
PLANNING COMMISSION on December 1, 2005, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council
Chambers of the Municipal Building at 7500 West 29d' Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
All interested citizens are invited to speak at the Public Hearing or submit written
comments. The following cases shall be heard:

Place to the property on 3295 Cody Court, by which the property runs
parallel. This is also a request for a Variance to the lot size of the
property on 8605 West 32nd Place. (please see Diagram A, page 3)

Michelle Quintana (3295 Cody Court). This piece of property runs
parallel alongside the north side of the property of Gino and Michelle
