Upon further inspection of the root, we feel that there are some major concerns. 1. Thin OSB board was used rather than plywood, which the permit specifically states the use of plywood. 2. There is inadequate nailing pattern on the overlay material. 3. Most of the roofing nails were blown through the shingles. 4. Shingle lacing at the valleys creates water stops. 5. There are soft spots throughout the finished roof. 6. Shingles at ridge were not overlapped. We have had two major snows since you have been here. I believe that someone from your company should come out here to inspect this roof immediately as we haven't heard a word from you since you pulled off the job on October 27, 2009.
