(i) This permit was issued in accortlance with the provisions se[ forth in yopur application and is sub'ect to ihe laws of the State of Coloratlo and to the Zoning
Regulations and Building Cotle of Wheat Ridge, Colorado or any other applicable ordinances of t~e Ciry.
(2) This permit shall expire if (A) the work authonzetl is not commenced within sixty (60) days from issue date or (B) the builtling authorizetl is suspended or
abandonetl for a period of 720 days (3) If this permit ezpires, a new permit may be acquired for a fee of one-half the amount normally required, provitled no changes have been or will be made in the
original plans and specifcations antl any suspension or abandonmen[ has not exceeded one (1) year. If changes are made or if suspension or abantlonment
exceeds one (7) year, full fees shall be paid for a new permit -
