abandoned for a period of 120 days.
(3) If this pertnit expires, a new pertnit may be acquired for a fee of one-half the amount normally required, provided no changes have been orwill be made in the
original plans antl specifications and any suspension or abandonment has not esceeded one (i) year. If changes are made or if suspension or abandonment
exceeds one (7) year, full fees shall be paid for a new permit (4) No work of any manner shall be done thatwill change the natural flow of water causing a drainage problem.
